Lift and slide doors can open an entire wall to the exterior. Built to extremely large sizes, our lift slide patio doors are ideal for patios, decks, sunrooms, and more. A state-of-the-art concealed hardware system lifts heavy panels off the track so they glide open with only the slightest touch—then lower and lock into a compression-sealed, weathertight position.

Why lift & slide instead of a traditional slider?

A traditional sliding door can only carry panels up to a certain size before the weather stripping wears. By lifting the panel off the track, the lift-slide system separates sliding from locking—so there’s no abrasion on the weather seal, and the door can be built far larger than a conventional slider.

Options & finishes

Hardware: HOPPE and G-U trim hardware available as an add-on, including coastal-suitable options. Heavy-duty mortise locks standard.
Finishes: Sikkens Rubbol solid color stain (any color), Sikkens Cetol semi-transparent stain, or clear polyurethane — in uniform or split (interior/exterior) configurations.
Aluminum cladding: optional Gutmann exterior cladding with back ventilation, available in RAL, anodized, Decoral wood-look, and metallic finishes.
