Overlooking the salt water in Seattle’s upscale Madrona neighborhood, this modern two-story home was built for a local retired couple. The home successfully incorporates several HH Windows & Doors products, resulting in a functional and elegant window and door system.
Our large lift-slide doors enable unobstructed views of the water with superior weather protection. During the winter a tight compression seal keeps the water and cold out. In the summer the large panels slide open with complete ease, opening up entire rooms to the outside.
On the rear of the home a large horizontal pivot window provides ventilation to the kitchen. The front entry door with its fixed sidelite provides a clean, sleek first impression. The final component of the system is the series of tilt-turn windows, by far the most functional and efficient windows on the market.
