The Horizontal Pivot window is ideal for ventilating large openings with unobstructed views. The sash brake locks the window at the desired opening angle, and can be disengaged to pivot a full 180 degrees for easy cleaning from the inside. Typical applications for Horizontal Pivot Windows are large sized openings in commercial or residential buildings where the design calls for an unobstructed view and large window sizes.
